This study included a qualitative phase of research consisting of online discussion boards fielded from Aug. 13-15, 2024. The study included a quantitative phase, leveraging Bread Financial’s proprietary consumer tracking study. This study is fielded monthly to 2,000+ U.S. consumers, with quotas on age and gender to reflect the general population. The August 2024 wave included 3,162 U.S. consumers .
